Winter Storm – Rockies, Plains, Midwest

A winter storm is forecast to bring heavy snowfall and strong winds to parts of the Rockies, Plains, and Midwest Feb. 23-25, including Wyoming, northern Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, northwestern Iowa, southern Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Winds could produce blizzard conditions on Feb. 24.
