Peru – Census
Peru will conduct a national census on Oct. 22, with a curfew from 8 am to 5 pm. Hotels wand restaurants will operate as normal, but other tourist attractions may be affected.
Thailand – Cremation Ceremony
The cremation ceremony for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej will take place from Oct. 25-27. Check arrangements locally. Allow extra time for your travel.
