United Kingdom – Severe Weather through Feb. 15

Another storm system is bringing heavy rains and high winds, particularly to southern parts of England. Rainfall of up to 6 inches is expected, followed by gale-force winds gusting up to 70 mph. Additionally, wide areas of the rest of England, as well as Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, are under yellow alerts for snow and rain through Feb. 15 as the storm passes through.
