My company does not reimburse for GPS on rental cars, but it keeps appearing in my cars anyway. I’ve made sure to remove the option from my frequent renter profile. What am I missing?

Have you checked your Travel-On profile? When we make a car rental reservation for you we use your Travel-On profile to do so and any preferences listed there are automatically included in the reservation request. A request for GPS listed there will override any request not to have it that’s in your frequent renter profile. Make sure your Travel-On profile and frequent renter profile are matched up and you should have no more issues with this.
