Participants will gather 0900-1100 and begin marching at 1130 with a proposed rally time at the end location at 1630. A second group of activists is calling for a follow-up action of civil disobedience, dubbed “”Flood Wall Street,”” on Sept. 22. Participants will rally at 0900 in Battery Park and stage a protest march to the New York Stock Exchange beginning at 1130. Organizers are calling on demonstrators to stage a massive sit-in outside the Stock Exchange beginning at 1200.
