“I’d like to call attention to the exceptional performance by Carina Griiser in arranging travel for a colleague and me earlier this month.

My colleague and I undertook a particularly nasty trip, traveling to Japan, Korea, a Navy ship, back to Japan, and finally home. We used a strange combination of planes, trains, and boats. Moreover, we arranged most of legs of the trip at the last minute, and had more than the usual share of changes. Ms. Griisser not only kept up with our many changes and our unusual requests, but she anticipated many of them. Just avoiding a mistake would have been an accomplishment, given all the hindrances we placed in her way. But she performed excellently, helping us avoid mistakes by anticipating problems for us.
