“I wanted to let you know that I was pleased with the work of the travel agency to assist me. I couldn’t get out Wed afternoon or evening, so I stayed with a friend in Chicago. Buddy from Travel-On called me Thursday AM inquiring about the rebooking American Airlines had done Wed night. I called back and Laurie was able to rebook me through Phoenix, getting me back home at least 1 1/2 hours earlier, without the 6 hour layover in Dallas. I appreciated their help.”
