Repair work at New York’s Penn Station is expected to cause train service disruptions Aug 4-28.

Rome has implemented a ban on drinking alcohol out of glass containers on public streets from 10 pm each day with a total ban on all public drinking after midnight. This is in addition to ban on eating or drinking near fountains implemented in June.
