China – Severe Air Pollution in North

Severe air pollution in northeast China, including Beijing, will likely remain in the area until at least Dec. 12. Beijing has been under a red air pollution alert. Severe air pollution continues significantly to reduce visibility across the region. Flight disruptions are possible at Beijing Capital International Airport and other regional airports, especially during the overnight and early morning hours. Ground and rail travel disruptions are also likely.
