Puerto Rico – Nationwide Severe Power, Communication Outages and Transport, Commercial Disruptions Continue

Power and communications outages and major transport and commercial disruptions are continuing in much of Puerto Rico following the passage of Hurricane Maria. Government officials have been unable to complete damage assessments due to communications problems and impassable roads, but the situation is slowing improving.
