Russia – Political Rallies Nov 4

Parades, concerts, sporting events, and other activities associated with National Unity Day on Nov. 4 will cause traffic disruptions in downtown Moscow, and in other major cities across Russia. The official holiday is designated for Nov. 3-4; on those days authorities will significantly boost security throughout the city, and most businesses and all government offices – including foreign diplomatic missions – will close.Be vigilant and avoid all rallies.
